Welcome to Xstructure ("we," "our," "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, platform, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By using Xstructure, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

1. Use of the Service

• You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information
• One account per person; multiple accounts may result in suspension
• You will not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Create, upload, or distribute illegal, offensive, or harmful content
• Violate intellectual property rights or copyright laws
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage our systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the Service
• Share your account credentials with others

3. Credits and Payment

• Subscription plans are billed monthly
• Credits are allocated monthly and do not roll over
• All payments are processed securely through third-party providers
• Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase (see Refund Policy)
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

4. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to the content you create using our Service. By using Xstructure, you grant us a license to process and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

Our Platform: All platform code, design, features, and branding are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer our Service.

5. Referral Program

• Earn $4/month for each active referral
• Referrals must maintain an active paid subscription
• Earnings are paid monthly via Payoneer or bank transfer
• Minimum payout threshold: $100
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts engaged in fraudulent referral activity

6. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Fail to pay for services
• Create multiple accounts to abuse the system

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific results from using our platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xstructure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Xstructure from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Saudi Arabia.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
